Description:

Our farm is located near Gardom Lake between Enderby and Salmon Arm. This is our ninth year farming for market and love every day doing it despite all the challenges that go with farming. During the growing season we grow a large variety of vegetables, garlic, fruit and flowers and we also freeze dry produce that doesn't sell at market and turn them into tasty snacks.  In the fall when our hot peppers are ripe, I make hot sauces and a few preserves to sell at the market. We also attend the winter market with long storage crops such as squash and root vegetables as well as freeze dried snacks.
