Northyards Cider Co. is a craft cidery and tasting room located in Salmon Arm, B.C. Our ciders are produced using traditional cider making methods and made from 100% B.C. apples and other local fruit. We start with pressed apples and then ferment the juice: we let the apples speak for themselves.
